For more than 30 years we have been dedicated to the design, manufacture and marketing of
vehicles for passenger transport. Our main objective is customer satisfaction, through
continuous development and products innovation.

“Customer satisfaction” is the company’s main objective and our quality policy is the mean to
achieve it. That is why we certify our processes in accordance with international quality
standards ISO 9001:2015. Additionally, we maintain strict compliance with the standards established by the CNRT.
DESING
We have our own team of designers, which allows us to develop models using all the cutting-edge design tools, starting from the initial concept idea, the creation of the layout via C.A.D (Computer Aided Design), and finally to 3D modeling, allowing the product to be seen in its
entirety. Thanks to all this, we are pioneers in the use of design and technology within passenger transport.
OUR
HISTORY
Our beginnings date back to 1989, when Fernando Ugarte created Autobús S.A. with the purpose of manufacturing vehicles for passenger transport on chassis of different brands.
His first premises were located in the Pompeya neighborhood, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, and had a surface area of 1700 m². It was here that, on September 3, 1990, the manufacturing of bus bodies began. Under the supervision of the company president, a total of 17 operators and 3 administrative employees produced an average of 3 units per month.
At the end of 1990, Autobús S.A. began to develop its products under the Ugarte brand, with greater production optimization.
